The living room is a lovely combination of modern comfort with a real character cottage feel. Everything is brand new including oak flooring. There is a 3 seater sofa bed and armchair. Digital TV is provided as well as wi-fi internet access.
The dining area has a table and 4 chairs. Using our 8 years experience in the industry we believe this lovely cottage to rent in Sidmouth, Devon is equipped with everything a holiday maker could require.
From the dining area you move into a brand new fully equipped kitchen. A dishwasher is provided. If it gets a little chilly, don't worry, the kitchen has under floor heating! A door leads to the back courtyard and a small utility room with a washing machine.
Moving upstairs, the spacious master bedroom has a 4 poster double bed that is very much in keeping with the character of the cottage. Large built in wardrobes are provided.
Bedroom two is smaller but cosy and comfortable. It has two twin beds.
The family bathroom is again brand new, fresh and crisp. A bath with overhead shower is provided. Heated towel rails will keep you warm!

Summer Cottage - Features
Front terrace: Private sunny terrace, metal table and 4 chairs. Fully gated so completely safe for children.
Lounge and dining area: 3 seater sofa bed, armchair, 22 inch digital TV (freeview channels)
Kitchen: Brand new, underfloor heating, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, diswasher.
Small out-house in back courtyard with washing machine. There is iron and ironing board in a utility cupboard in the hall.
Master bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables, lamps, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, chair and mirror. Hairdryer. 19 inch digital TV.
2nd bedroom: Twin beds, One standard single, one pull out single, chest of drawers, lamp.
Bathroom: Brand new bathroom, bath with over head shower, a wash basin set in a marble top, w.c and heated towel rails.
The cottage is baby friendly and has various services / amenities for families with babies / young children.
Housekeeping: If arriving late, a small welcome pack can provided at an extra cost. Towels and linen provided.
Location: 20 minutes from M5 motorway. 3 mins walk from town centre. (There is even a small Tesco Express just 2 minutes walk around the corner open 6am to 10pm!). Less than 5 mins walk to Sidmouth beach.
