Amarilla
Situated next to Golf Del Sur, Amarilla Golf and Country Club really is a place to get away from it all. However, with the new link road in place it is now easy to walk into the resort of Golf Del Sur.
Many of the properties in Amarilla are larger villas, lining the fairways of the 18 hole golf course. Therefore, whilst it's a perfect place for those just wanting to relax, it is of course a real a favourite with golfers too.
This villa here overlooks the golf course and is one of our nicest 4 bed villas to rent in the La Quinta area of Amarilla.
All of our villas in Amarilla are in their own private grounds, many of which are in this pretty street stretching down to the sea.

Being based around the golf course, the greenness of the fairways contrast beautifully with the dry nature of the island. This hole drops down beautifully to the sea, with the new marina on the left hand side.
This marina is the border between Amarilla and the neighbouring resort of Golf Del Sur and has a lovely sea front promenade full of picturesque bars and restaurants.
Some holes on the Amarilla course have the stunning back drop of Mount Teide. This particular hole works it's way down to the villas in La Quinta.
Amarilla does have its own small resort centre which is known locally as "the dip" describing the land it lies within. Here there are some quiet restaurants and bars.
The "Sports Bar" is a popular hang out whilst the "Premier
Bar" has some good evening entertainment. The restaurant in the complex
of "Fairways" has a good reputation. You will also find a supermarket,
a video / DVD hire shop and some other small shops.
Dotted around Amarilla are various little bars and eateries. The picturesque
coastal walk is very popular and is perfect for those who like long walks.
To the west you can walk for miles, yet to the east, in just a few minutes
you will be at the new marina and into the bigger resort of Golf
Del Sur.
The new marina has some fantastic sea front restaurants and bars and the resort centre of Golf Del Sur has plenty more to do.
This is an ideal location for anyone wanting privacy and to just get away from it all and soak up the Tenerife sun.
It is a fantastic base for your holiday and is home to some lovely villas and where you will really appreciate that you are not experiencing some of the commercialism of the bigger resorts.
Car hire is recommended for anyone staying in Amarilla but if you are prepared to walk then the neighbouring resort of Golf Del Sur will provide everything you need.
