The Apart-Hotel Club Atantis is perfectly situated for all the amenities that Las Americas has to offer. It offers the unique combination of a brand new privately owned studio but still with the use of all the hotel's facilities. This studio is unique as you can literally walk out of your front door onto the marina at Puerto Colon and the beach! It's situated just off the 'Geranium Walk' - a promenade which runs from Playa del Duque through Playa de las Americas and into Los Cristianos.
This studio is brand new and very well furnished. You enter through the front gate into the ground floor terrace. Open the patio doors and you are into the roomy living room it's sofa and 2 single beds.
The living room leads to the brand new and fully equipped kitchen with it's "SMEG" style appliances. There is also a breakfast bar.
The TV has an in built DVD player and picks up FULL English channels including BBC, ITV, CH4, SKY NEWS and SKY SPORTS.
The large sunny terraces is furnished with a table and 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds and a clothes dryer.
Set in a quiet part of the hotels grounds you can enjoy all it's facilities, including a 24 hour reception, daily and nightly entertainment, 3 swimming pools (one chidrens), a pool bar / snack bar, gourmet restaurant, an internet cafe, TV room, pool table, tennis courts, hair salon and launderette.
Everything you could ever need is all with a couple of minutes walk - Bars, shops, cafes, marina, beach, water sports, childrens play areas, restaurants, amusement arcades and excursion shops. Of course anyone wanting to take on of the plentiful boat trips around the island, you just step out of the front door and board your vessel!
Lounge/Bedroom: There is a double sofa bed and 2 single beds, a coffee table, lamps, ceiling fans and a TV which plays DVDs and receive the full range of English stations including BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky News and Sky Sports. Patio doors lead to the front terrace.
Kitchen: The kitchen is brand new and well-equipped with SMEG style cooker, oven, hob, microwave and kettle.
Terrace: Large sunny terrace. Table and 4 chairs, clothes dryer, 2 sunbeds
Bathroom: Shower, bath, marble sink unit, WC
Pool area: Large pool area, pool bar / snack bar, daily entertainment, diving lessons, views of the sea.
Location: Just 15-20 minutes from Tenerife South airport. Clu Atantic is brilliantly located with everything that Las Americas has to offer within walking distance.
