Sleeping 6 people comfortably (7 max) , the master bedroom has an ensuite. The master has lovely sea views with patio doors that lead out onto the terrace.
The main bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, the 2nd has a twin and the 3rd has a double and a single! The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom.
At the front of the apartment is this lovely sunny terrace with wonderful sea views. The apartment is set on the ground floor yet the is raised up enough to enjoy those lovely views.
San Miguel Village shares an exclusive pool area right on the sea front. Only owners and their guests have access to this priviledged area, so you can be guaranteed it will be peaceful and quiet.
Enjoying one of the best locations in the area, when you’re sat in the garden its hard to believe that the resort centre is just a 2 minute walk around the corner!
In the Golf Del Sur resort centre you will find 3 pretty squares each with their own selection of good quality bars and restaurants - many with evening entertainment. There are also shops, bank, doctors, chemists and much more!
A lovely sea front walk, past the complex swimming pool takes you to the new marina in Golf Del Sur where there are more sea front restaurants to enjoy.

Lounge & Kitchen: The living room is comfortable and spacious. It is furnished with two large comfy sofas, a coffee table and a large TV and DVD player. Patio doors open up to the the terrace.
The fresh lookingg kitchen is well equipped. You'll find a
full size oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, electric
kettle, toaster and a dishwasher.
Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a double bed (Queen Size), an ensuite, sea views and patio doors to the terrace. The 2nd bedroom has two twins and the 3rd bedroom has a double and a twin! The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both share a bathroom.
Sun Terrace: At the front of the apartment is a lovely front terrace with a patio table, 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds.
Location: 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car).
