This 4th floor Apartment is on an extremely well maintained and well
respected complex. It has a fantastic position with not only
one of the best sea views in the complex but overlooking the
bowls green too!
The lounge is spacious and fresh with a double sofa bed and matching armchair. The apartment also benefits from satellite television picking up BBC1, BBC2, ITV and CH4.
The bedroom is furnished with comfortable twin beds.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons. A washing machine is also provided.
The International bowling green is an added feature on this complex so if you like a game of bowls now and then or think you might like to try a game or two whilst on holiday, you will be able to book the green for a small fee.
A lift will take you straight up to the apartment and for a small deposit you can have use of a private underground parking space reached via electric gates.
Just over the road from Winter Gardens is a row of quiet restaurants, a supermarket, a cashpoint and a bus stop with buses all around the island. Just a few hundred yards away is the new marina which is a beautiful place for an evening stroll. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars with nightly music. An approximate 10 minute walk will take you to the main resort centre called San Blas which is based around 3 picturesque squares. There are plenty of good quality restaurants and bars, with each square having it's own live singers and entertainment. There are also boutiques, a bank, doctors, chemists, excursion shops, car hire and a large supermarket.
Winter Gardens has a stunning pool area which has been well designed so it keeps the sun until the last ray disappears! The pool bar / snack bar is therefore a fantastic place for an early evening drink to watch the sun go down.
The complex also has a high quality restaurant, evening entertainment, a gym, sauna, jacuzzi (small charge), a snooker room and a sports bar showing all the major sporting events.
