The bedroom consists of twin beds, fitted wardrobes, dfrawers, a safe and also a TV so you can watch you favourite programmes in bed! The windows in the bedroom have mosquito screens, thus allowing air to circulate.
The balcony also sits over the fairway of the golf course so allows you to watch the golfers go by whilst enjoying a drink in the sun! For your comfort there are sun recliners as well as a patio table with 4 chairs. (Cushions provided). In the other direction you have sea views as soon as seen on the top photo. You also overlook the pool.
The pool area is a lovely place to relax. There are two pools, one adult and one childs.
Sun beds, parasols, tables and chairs are provided. There are showers and outside toilets.

Whilst still a very new apartment, having been lived in by the
owners for the first 6 months, it has many 'homely' touches
that can be missing from other rental apartments. The kitchen was
re-designed from new to enable a 'Smeg' dishwasher and 'Smeg' tall
fridge freezer. The re-design not only made the apartment appear
more
spacious, it also places it firmly as one of the most unique apartments
in the block.
The apartment also benefits from having it's own private underground
parking space reached via electric gates. The complex has lifts
and this will take you up to the top floor.
At the front of the
complex are a few quiet restaurants, a coffee shop, a chemist
and supermaket. Visitors must try the high quality wine bar / tapas
bar called 'Dabdas' which is building an excellent reputation.
The complex is ideally located in the heart of Golf Del Sur. The resort centre, otherwise known as 'San Blas' is an approximate10 minute walk where you will find a selection of boutiques, a supermarket, banks, cashpoints and plenty more good quality bars and restaurants - many with evening entertainment.

The balcony also overlooks the pool, so whilst you can sit in private, you can also see what's going on in the pool below.
Complex Facilities: There is both an adult and a child´s swimming pool. There are sunbeds, outside showers and toilets. The pool is heated. The complex has lifts.
Beverages/Linen Change: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water provided on your arrival, also a bottle of wine. Towels and linen change weekly.
Location: 10 minutes from Airport, 10-15 minutes to Los Cristianos to Playa de Las Americas (by car). Hourly bus service also available to both the North and South of the Island.
