completely separate from the main living area. However, there is
a small yet separate room off the main bedroom where a single bed
is situated, meaning the 3rd person also has his / her own bedrooom
too! The apartment also has a sofa bed so can sleep 4 people but not 4 adults.

The main bedroom is upstairs and benefits from it's own ensuite bathroom. To the other side, is a small yet separate area with another single bed in.
The area of Parque Santiago one is one of the most sought after locations in Tenerife. A quiet and peaceful location yet minutes from some of the more desirable areas of Las Americas.
Parque Santiago offers it's own beautiful pool. The pool side bar and restaurant is privately owned and immaculately kept. Walk through the pool area to the beach.
Just yards from the beach and all it's watersports this privately owned apartment to rent is extremely well located. Situated within a pedestrianised area, it is virtually traffic free and is situated opposite the main shopping centre. Many people flock to the 'Harry's Wine Bar' which is less than 5 mins walk. Here you can watch nightly shows, where the water fountains, move and spray in time to the classical music. This area is also home to some of the best restaurants in the area as well as some well known designers shops and boutiques.
