The prestigious Ocean Golf and Country Club is seen as one of Golf Del Sur's premier complexes. With a location between the sea, the mountain and the lush green golf course the complex is very popular.
This lovely two bedroom 2nd floor apartment has two terraces. Guests are assured of a modern, clean, fresh and spacious apartment with a nice aspect overlooking the pool with the sea in the distance.
The living room is comfortably furnished and very spacious. There are two leather sofas, coffee tables, TV, DVD and patio doors leading to one of the two balcony's.
The kitchen
is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave
and fridge/freezer as well as a kettle and toaster. There is
a large dining room table with seating for 6 people.
Patio doors lead to the 2nd balcony.
The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers.
The second bedroom also has a double, fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The living area is very spavious. Satellite TV is provided and picks up BBC1, 2, ITV, CH4 and SKY..
Both balcony's overlook the pool with the sea in the distance. This block of Ocean Golf and Country Club has two pools, one of which is for childrens.
Every amenity is provided within walking distance. At the front
of the complex there is a supermarket, a lovely wine bar / Tapas
Bar, and a few quiet
restaurants. All guests must try the gorgeous Tapas bar called
'Dabdas' which has built up quite a reputation as a high quality
establishment.
The sea is a 5 minute walk away downhill and on the
sea front you will find the marina with it's Spanish restaurants and bars. A pleasant 10 minute
walk will bring you to the picturesque resort centre which is based
around a main square. Here you will find more good quality bars,
restaurants (many with evening entertainment), boutiques, banks
and a doctors.
