H Block is situated at the back of the complex nearest the golf course. The block is slightly raised up so this 2nd floor apartment has lovely views into the golf course to the left and over the whole resort to the sea in front. It offers one of the best positions in the area of Golf Del Sur and also benefits from air conditioning too!
As soon as you walk in the door you can see the quality of this holiday apartment in Tenerife. There is a hallway leading to the living room and kitchenette and patio doors that lead to the large balcony.

At the front of the complex there is a supermarket, a lovely wine bar / tapas bar, a coffee shop, a chemist, an Italian, Chinese and Steakhouse restaurant.
The sea is a 5 minute walk away downhill and on the sea front you will a gorgeous sea front promenade where there are some really nice Spanish restaurants and bars. A pleasant 10 minute walk will bring you to the picturesque resort center which is based around a main square. Here you will find more good quality bars, restaurants (many with evening entertainment), boutiques, banks and a doctors.
