penthouse apartment to rent in Golf Park, Golf Del Sur has been tastefully modernished by the new owners to a very high
standard in an attractive and modern style.
The balcony has lovely views and morning sunshine
but the main feature of this unique apartment is the stunning private
roof terrace! Here you have the most panoramic views over South
Tenerife, the golf course and the sea but also all day sunshine too! There is no better place
to sun bathe all day and then watch the sun go down with a nice
cold drink!

A spiral
staircase leads to a large roof terrace equipped with sunbeds
and a barbeque and has views of the Atlantic ocean and golf
course.
(The shot to the left was taken at 7pm at night when the sun
was beginning to go down across the roof. It rises over the rock in the distance and moves around to the right as you look at it. So genuinely all day sunshine!). |

consists of a new 3 seater sofa, armchair, satellite television with BBC, ITV and

hi-fi system. The balcony leading from the lounge overlooks

has twin beds, here they have been moved together as a kingsize. It has fitted wardrobes a chest of drawers, a chair,

The balcony of the apartment has sea views and is a fabulous
place to watch the sun come up. As the sun moves across simply
move up to the roof terrace where you will see it shine all
day! |

Golf
Park is a very tranquil complex and has 3 swimming pools, one being
a child’s pool. To one end of the pools there is a Restaurant and to the front of the complex there is a whole parade
of shops
consisting of a supermarket, restaurant, rent a car, Italian
pizza house and several bars. Here you must visit the wonderful
wine bar / tapas bar called "Dabdas".
The Commercial
Centre where there are plenty of places to dine, shop and have fun
with the nightly shows and cabaret acts is a mere 10 minutes walk
away and the new marina only 5 minutes walk

& Kitchen: Relax in a very comfortable lounge which
has a sofa and matching armchair. There is a Satellite T.V (BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4), DVD player
and mini Hi Fi system for your entertainment and a ceiling fan.
An

of the lounge is the spiral staircase which leads to the roof terrace
while patio doors lead to the balcony which overlooks the pool.
In the kitchen

Bedroom: The bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and
a chest of drawers, a chair, iron & ironing board. Safe.
Bathroom:
There is a bath with shower, marble vanity unit/wash basin,
w.c. and hairdryer. The bathroom also houses an automatic washing machine.
Balcony:
Overlooking the swimming pools, with table and chairs and a clothes
dryer, the balcony also offers partial views of the sea.
Roof
Terrace: Barbeque in style on the roof terrace which also
has sunbeds, a wash basin and views of the Atlantic Ocean, the mountains
and the golf course.
Swimming
Pools and Onsite Facilities: There are three swimming pools,
a launderette, a pool table and an on-site Restaurant.
Welcome
Pack and Linen: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water provided
on your arrival. Towels and linen change once a week.
Location
10 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes to Los Cristianos and 20 minutes
to Playa de Las Americas (by car).
