This Las Americas apartment is very modern and spacious. When you walk in the entrance is impressive. The kitchen is on your left and the downstairs bathroom on the right. Further down you will see the staircase on your right and straight ahead is this large living area with patio doors to the balcony.
Once out on the balcony you are presented with a spacious area with a table, 4 chairs and separate seating area.
The living room is beautifully furnished including, 2 sofa's, coffee table, dining room table, 4 chairs, satellite TV and doors to the balcony.
The kitchen is modern and fresh and includes all appliances - oven, hob, microwave and large fridge freezer.
On the outside of the kitchen there is a utility area that houses a washing machine and clothes hanger.
