This brand new apartment has the added benefit of a private roof terrace where you can sunbathe from dawn to dusk. This is a high quality luxury apartment in one of the best complexes in the area.
On entering, the kitchenette is on the right and the lounge with its fabulous sea views stretches in front of you.
Beyond the lounge, patio doors lead to the large balcony with views over the pool to the sea.
The bedroom consists of a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. There is an iron and ironing board and a ceiling fan and views to the ocean. It also has patio doors leading to the double balcony.
The balcony has a lovely mix of sun and shade. The balcony has two sun beds, a paio table and 4 chairs.
There is a spiral staircase leading
to the private roof terrace and it's amazing views! On the roof you have sunbeds, hammocks, table and chairs.
The pool area at the complex is stunning - literally sitting over the Atlantic. There are plenty of sunbeds available for your use and it's a beautiful spot to take in the Tenerife sun.

Over the road from the Aguamarina is a well stocked supermarket and an Irish bar showing all the major sporting events by day and some really good live entertainment at night. In front of the complex there is a gorgeous sea front promenade where there are some really nice Spanish estaurants and bars. A pleasant 10-15 minute coastal walk along this promenade will bring you to the picturesque resort centre which is based around a main square. Here you will find more good quality bars, restaurants (many with evening entertainment), boutiques, banks and a chemist.

and fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. There is a breakfast
bar separating the kitchen from the lounge.

Location: 10 minutes from Airport, 10-15 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car). Hourly bus service also available to both the North and South of the Island.
