Tenerife Holiday Homes are proud to present one our most popular apartments to rent. This brand new South facing, frontline apartment has breathtaking sea views from the double balcony leading from both the lounge and the bedroom. You can see the Atlantic from almost every room.
Be lulled to sleep by the gentle sound of waves lapping against the shore, wake up, roll over and the first thing you will see is the gleaming Atlantic! The photos you see on this page are actual views from the balcony.
The apartment has been beautifully furnished and it is obvious that extra care has been taken to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
If you wish to hire a car for your holiday in Tenerife there is an underground parking space available with this apartment, that can be reached via electric gates at the side of the complex. A lift will take you directly to the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped has just had a washing machine installed.
The pool area at the complex is stunning - literally sitting over the Atlantic. There are plenty of sunbeds available for your use and it's a beautiful spot to take in the Tenerife sun.
Over the road from Aguamarina is a well stocked supermarket and an Irish bar showing all the major sporting events by day and some really good live entertainment at night. In front of the complex there is a gorgeous sea front promenade where there are some really nice Spanish restaurants and bars. A pleasant 10-15 minute coastal walk along this promenade will bring you to the picturesque resort centre which is based around a main square. Here you will find more good quality bars, restaurants (many with evening entertainment), boutiques, banks and a chemist.
Features:
Lounge and Kitchen: The lounge has a extra comfy sofa bed that can fold into two single beds and a relaxing rocking chair. A TV, DVD player, CD, radio and satellite TV (BBC1, 2, ITV, CH4 and Sky Sports One) are all supplied for your enjoyment. There are patio doors leading to the double balcony with breathtaking pool and sea views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster and washing machine. There is a breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the lounge.
The Bedroom: The bedroom consists of twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. It also a sea view and patio doors leading to the double balcony.
Bathroom: Bath with shower, wash basin set in a marble top, w.c..
Large Double Balcony: Offering lots of room to relax the balcony is furnished with a table and 4 chairs, sun recliners / sun beds and a clothes dryer. It offers magnificent, uninterrupted views over the pool to the Atlantic Ocean.
Complex Facilities: A heated adult and a childrens swimming pool, outside showers, sunbeds and views of the ocean.
Garage: A private underground parking space is available when booking this apartment, ideal if you are hiring a car. Please let us know in advance if you require access to this space.
Welcome Pack and Linen Change: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water provided on your arrival, also a bottle of wine. Towels and Linen: change weekly
Location: 10 minutes from Airport, 10-15 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car). Hourly bus service also available to both the North and South of the Island.
