This five star apartment has been purposefully designed to be comfortable and homely for long stays and contains all the facilities you could need for a stay of a month or more.
Although the owner will accept holiday bookings by week, the special monthly rate reflects his preference for long lets. A lot of thought has gone into the design of this studio to distinguish it from short let accommodation. Small things like the spot-lit bathroom mirror and the extra privacy afforded by the net curtains on the patio doors illustrate the owner´s attention to detail.
The lounge is large and airy with patio doors leading to the balcony which overlooks the pool. Though classed as a studio, the bedroom area is set off in an alcove, which is seperated from the living room by pretty curtains and a matching pleated pelmet.
Although this is a studio apartment, the twin beds are thoughtfully enclosed in a curtained alcove. The sleeping area includes a chest of drawers.
In the kitchen you will find a full size oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, electic kettle, toaster and a washing machine.
The bathroom is all new and is beautifully designed with matching patterned wall tiles and a spot-lit mirror above the marble vanity unit. The kitchen too has been newly outfitted and decorated.
Last but not least, even the balcony, which overlooks the swimming pool has been given that extra touch with a small garden area containing tropical plants and cacti.
All the added work and care that has gone into the outfitting and decoration of this fine first floor, studio apartment has more than justified its classification as a five star, though the Green Park complex in which it is located is classed a 3 star Aparthotel. The complex offers many facilites including various bars, a snack bar and a supermarket.

The 3 seater sofa is very comfortable and there is a satellite television, video recorder, and hi-fi system for your entertaiment and a dining table and chairs on which to enjoy your meals. From the longe patio doors lead to the balcony.

Balcony: The balcony looks over the swimming pool. It is a lovely spot to catch a bit of Tenerife sunshine and houses a table and chairs, clothes dryer and small garden.
Complex: Within the complex, you´ll find 3 swimming pools, a karaoke bar, La Corbetta Bar, Legends Bar, a snack bar, buffet bar, restaurant, supermarket, launderette, games room, Children´s park, pool tables, football table, multi-use court and a 24 hour reception.
Location: 10 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes to Los Cristianos and 20 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).
Beverages: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water provided on your arrival.
Linen Provisions: Two sets of linen and towels are provided per person, beach towels are also provided.
Bookings:Both long and short term stays are taken on this apartment. Rates for long term stays are considerably discounted for bookings of one month or more.
