The Sand Club in South Tenerife offers you the best of both worlds. It's a very quiet complex although it is perfectly located just a 2 minute walk away from the main shopping area and all the bars and restaurants with nightly entertainment of the Golf Del Sur.
It is also close to the golf course making it an ideal location for a golfing holiday.
This one bedroom apartment situated on the 1st floor is bright and airy and has pinewood furniture throughout. There are French doors leading from the lounge to the balcony. The main entrance to the apartment has steps leading up to the front door. One unusual feature of the apartment is the circular bath
The spacious lounge area consists of two sofas, one which turns into a double sofa bed, satellite television, video recorder and a mini hi-fi system. The pinewood fitted kitchen is separated from the lounge via a breakfast bar with low level stools to seat 4 people, and has a 4-ring hob, microwave and fridge.
In the bedroom there is a double bed, a pine chest of drawers and pine fitted wardrobes, and in the bathroom there is a circular bath with shower. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool and also has a very good view of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a safe in the apartment.
10 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes to Los Cristianos and 20 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).
Lounge and Kitchen: The lounge is comforably furnished with a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater Sofabed, a pinewood sideboard, satellite television, video, mini Hi-Fi system and a ceiling fan. From the lounge French doors lead to the balcony.
In the
kitchen there are fitted units, a 4 ring electric hob, a microwave,
fridge, electric kettle, toaster and breakfast bar with stools.
Bedroom: The bedroom has a double bed and
is furnished with pinewood wardrobes and chest of drawers.
There is also an iron and ironing board.
Bathroom: The bathroom boasts a circular bath with shower, a wash basin, a bidet, a w.c., and a hairdryer.
Balcony: The balcony offers a table and chairs with a parasol, sunbeds, and a clothes dryer. It overlooks the swimming pool and has good views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Complex Facilities: There is both an adult and a child´s pool. The complex has a pool/snack bar that is open until early evening and there is a pool table.
Beverages/Linen Change: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water provided on your arrival. Towels and linen change weekly.
