It's a very quiet complex although it is perfectly located just a 2 minute walk away from the main shopping area and all the bars and restaurants with nightly entertainment. It is also close to the golf course making it an ideal location for golfers.
This apartment to rent has one of the best positions in the whole complex. The photos simply just don't do it justice. The South facing balcony overlooks the pool, with lovely sea views beyond. Here is a lovely place to sit and take in the all day sunshine watching the world go by!

From the living area, patio doors open out to a lovely sunny balcony with views over the pool to the sea. The balcony is directly south facing and benefits from genuine all day sunshine. It's a lovely place to watch the sun go down with a nice cold drink!
The new fully fitted kitchen is fresh and crisp.
Both bedrooms have twin beds with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has it's own private balcony too!

There are two balconies to this apartment. The main one leads from the lounge and overlooks the swimming pool and also has views of the Atlantic Ocean and the other smaller balcony leads off from one of the two bedrooms. Both are south facing and both have an abundance of sun!
Features:
Lounge and Kitchen: The lounge is comfortably furnished with two sofas. One is a two seater settee and the offer is a three seater sofabed. There is a dining table with chairs, satellite television (BBC1, 2, ITV, CH4, CH5), a DVD player, a radio/CD/cassette player and a ceiling fan. Doors lead to the main balcony which has both pool and sea views.
In the kitchen there is a full size oven & hob, a microwave, fridge, an electric kettle and a toaster.
Bedrooms: One bedroom is furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, a side table, a mini Radio/CD player and a ceiling fan. It also has a small balcony.
The other bedroom is furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. You will find an iron and ironing board stored in this room.
Bathroom: Relax in a stylish circular bath with shower or if you really can´t put it off any longer you can wash your holiday gear in a the small automatic washing machine. The bathroom also has a wash basin, biidet and w.c..
Balconies: There are two balconies. The main one off the lounge overlooks the swimming pool and is furnished with a table and chairs and a clothes dryer and has views to the Atlantic Ocean. The other small balcony is off one bedroom and has a table and chairs for two.
Complex Facilities: There is both an adult and a child´s pool. The complex has a pool/snack bar that is open until early evening and there is a pool table.
Beverages/Linen Change: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water provided on your arrival. Towels and linen change weekly.
Location: 10 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes to Los Cristianos and 20 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).
