Laderas Palm Mar - Overview of Complex
Situated
in the up and coming area of Palm Mar in South Tenerife these
apartment
offer high class and spacious accommodation. Nestled in its own
little bay just along the coast from Los Cristianos, Palm
Mar
is
seen by many to be the place to buy in Tenerife. The land slopes
gently upwards from the coast so most of the complexes have
lovely
views to the sea, looking out towards Los Cristianos.
These new one
bedroom apartments are very spacious with a fully fitted kitchen
and large patio doors leading onto the main feature
which is its fantastic sun terrace.
The bedrooms have twin beds and there is a double sofa bed. Property ref 8855 also has a folding pull-out bed available for 5th person. Property ref 13094 has it’s own private parking space
Being only a small bay, there is only a limited area on which to build so property here is very well sought after. The complex of Laderas Palm Mar is one of the more exclusive ones in the area and all apartments were snapped up along time before it was completed. Quality finishing, lovely views and a pretty pool area all add to its charm.
This particular one bedroom apartment is fairly spacious with a fully fitted kitchen and large patio doors leading onto the main feature which is its fantastic sun terrace.
Here you can get the sun from dawn till dusk, with lovely views over the pool to the Atlantic. With half of the terrace being covered, it does however provide the perfect mix of sun and shade, also giving relief to those needing a rest from the hot Tenerife climate.

Whilst Palm Mar is still in its infancy some nice restaurants have opened up and there is a supermarket within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. It's only 15 minutes from the airport and 10 mins to Los Cristianos / Las Americas by car although a new taxi boat service will be opening up that will journey around the bay, shortening the trip to Los Cristianos to only 5 minutes.
Palm Mar is quiet and quite remote so car hire is recommended. Being a very new resort there maybe some building work going on in the area.
