The Sand Club is a very quiet complex although it is just around the corner from the main shopping area and all it's bars and restaurants with nightly entertainment. This is what makes the Sand Club such a popular complex. The reception area is literally opposite the fairways of the championship golf course at Golf Del Sur making it an ideal location for golfers.

The Sand Club complex also benefits from a pool/snack bar, which is normally open until early evening.

Lounge area

This 2 bedroom apartment situated on the ground floor is bright and airy and benefits from two terraces and large gardens.

Bedroom

Being recently refurbished it offers high quality holiday accommodation. Situated at the end of the row, it is also more private than many other apartments in the complex.

Gardens

There are two terraces to this apartment, the main one leads from the lounge and is furnished with a table and chairs and a clothes dryer. The other smaller terrace leads off the main bedroom.

There is both an adult and a child´s pool. The complex has a pool/snack bar that is open until early evening and there is a pool table.

Features:

Lounge and Kitchen: The spacious lounge area consists of a two seater settee which turns into a sofa bed, an armchair, satellite television, a dining room table and 4 chairs, a radio/CD/cassette player and a ceiling fan. Doors lead to the main terrace and gardens with which offer both pool and sea views.

In the kitchen there is a full size oven and hob, a microwave, fridge, electric kettle and a toaster.

Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms. One offers a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a side table, drawer space and a ceiling fan. It also has a door leading to a small terrace which leads to the gardens.

The second bedroom offers twin beds, fitted wardrobes, drawer space and a ceiling fan.

Bathroom: The bathroom has newly been refurbished and is has a large walk in shower - perfect after a day by the pool or on the beach.

Terraces: There are two terraces to this apartment, the main one leads from the lounge and is furnished with a table and chairs and a clothes dryer. The other smaller terrace leads off the main bedroom. Both lead to the huge gardens that stretch out towards the sea. From here you can also see across to the swimming pool and is a perfect spot for all day sunbathing, an evening drink or to let the kids have a play whilst you keep an eye on them.

Complex Facilities: There is both an adult and a child´s pool. The complex has a pool/snack bar that is open until early evening and there is a pool table.

Beverages/Linen Change: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water provided on your arrival. Towels and linen change weekly.

Location: 10 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes to Los Cristianos and 20 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).
