Overview of Aguamarina Apartments with Double beds with Sea, Pool Views
Tenerife Holiday Homes are lucky to manage these new, one bedroom holiday apartments that have one of the best positions in the whole area. Two are on the 4th floor and one on the 5th. As the complex slopes down to the sea, you actually enter it from the 4th floor so these apartments will be popular with those that do not like stairs or lifts! Each has a large balcony that has stunning views over the pool and the Atlantic ocean.
The lounges consists of a double sofa / sofa bed, a radio/cassette/cd player and satellite television (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4 and Sky Sports One). There are patio doors leading to the double balcony with sea views.
The kitchens are fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. There is a breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the lounge.
The bedrooms arefurnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and beside tables. They also have patio doors leading to the double balcony.
With sea views from the bedroom and a balcony that literally sits over the Atlantic, you will be lulled to sleep by the gentle sounds of waves lapping against the shore!
The pool area at the complex is stunning - literally sitting over the Atlantic. There are plenty of sunbeds available for your use and it's a beautiful spot to take in the Tenerife sun.
The Aguamarina Complex is very safe and secure as the main doors to reception are kept locked. It is wheelchair friendly, very well maintained and each floor is cleaned every day.
The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. Opposite is a well stocked supermarket and an Irish Bar that shows all the major Sporting events by day and has some good quality live acts in the evening. At the front of the complex, there is a picturesque sea front promenade with some typically Spanish restaurants and bars.
Within 500 yards there is a good quality gym, sauna, jacuzzi and beauty salon.
The main resort centre area is a very pretty 10-15 minutes walk along the sea front. Here you will find a selection of shops, a supermarket, bars and restaurants with evening
Complex Facilities: An heated adult and a childrens swimming pool, outside showers, sunbeds and views of the ocean.
Welcome pack and linen change: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water provided on your arrival, also a bottle of wine. Towels and linen are changed weekly.
Location: 10 minutes from Airport, 10-15 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car). Hourly bus service also available to both the North and South of the Island.
