Overview of Aguamarina Apartments and Complex
One of the most popular complexes in the Tenerife Holiday Homes portfolio and with these gorgeous views, it's not hard to see why. These new one bedroom holiday apartments have one of the best positions in the whole area. Each has a large balcony that has stunning views over the pool and the Atlantic ocean. With sea views from the bedroom and a balcony that literally sits over the Atlantic, you will be lulled to sleep by the gentle sounds of waves lapping against the shore!
The lounge consists of a double sofa bed that folds into 2 single beds, a radio/cassette/cd player and satellite television (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4 and Sky Sports One). There are patio doors leading to the double balcony with sea views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. There is a breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the lounge.
The bedroom is furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. There is an iron and ironing board and a ceiling fan and views to the ocean. It also has patio doors leading to the double balcony.
The pool area at the complex is stunning - literally sitting over the Atlantic. There are plenty of sunbeds available for your use and it's a beautiful spot to take in the Tenerife sun.
The Aguamarina Complex is very safe and secure as the main doors to reception are kept locked. It is wheelchair friendly, very well maintained and each floor is cleaned every day.
The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. Opposite is a well stocked supermarket and an Irish Bar that shows all the major Sporting events by day and has some good quality live acts in the evening. At the front of the complex, there is a picturesque sea front promenade with some typically Spanish restaurants and bars.
Within 500 yards there is a good quality gym, sauna, jacuzzi and beauty salon.
The main resort centre area is a very pretty 10-15 minutes walk along the sea front. Here you will find a selection of shops, a supermarket, bars and restaurants with evening

Location: 10 minutes from Airport, 10-15 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car). Hourly bus service also available to both the North and South of the Island.
