Overview of Aguamarina Apartments and Complex

These frontline, one bedroom apartments get the sun from late-afternoon - a great place to have a cold drink and watch the sun go down! The photographs are a selection of shots taken from this group of apartments. Being brand new, each apartment is fresh and airy inside and being privately owned these are people´s second homes and have been very comfortably furnished.

Lounge

On entering the apartments the kitchenette is on the right and the lounge in front of you. Beyond the lounge are the patio doors leading to the large balcony with the sea to the left and lovely views into the new marina.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. There is a breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the lounge.

Bedroom

The bedroom is furnished with a twin bed, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. There is an iron and ironing board and a ceiling fan and views to the ocean. It also has patio doors leading to the double balcony.

Balcony

Furnished with a table and 4 chairs,and a clothes dryer, the balcony includes views of the Ocean to the left.

The pool area at the complex is stunning - literally sitting over the Atlantic. There are plenty of sunbeds available for your use and it's a beautiful spot to take in the Tenerife sun.

Over the road from the complex is a well stocked supermarket and an Irish bar showing all the major sporting events by day and some really good live entertainment at night. In front of the complex there is a gorgeous sea front promenade where there are some really nice Spanish estaurants and bars. A pleasant 10-15 minute coastal walk along this promenade will bring you to the picturesque resort centre which is based around a main square. Here you will find more good quality bars, restaurants (many with evening entertainment), boutiques, banks and a chemist.

Lounge and Kitchen: The lounge consists of a double sofa bed that folds into 2 single beds, a radio/cassette/cd player and satellite television (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4 and Sky Sports One). There are patio doors leading to the double balcony with sea views.

Complex Facilities: A heated adult and a childrens swimming pool, outside showers, sunbeds and views of the ocean.

Location: 10 minutes from Airport, 10-15 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car). Hourly bus service also available to both the North and South of the Island.

Beverages: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water provided on your arrival, also a bottle of wine.

Towels and Linen: change weekly
