This two bedroom bungalow is situated within a unique complex which has a nice mix of residents and holidaymakers. The golfing clubhouse with a very nice restaurant is just down the road while the new path now means the resort of Golf Del Sur is just a few minutes walk away. The complex swimming pool area which is situated at the top of Augusta Park (via a set of steps leading up to the next level) has a lovely spectacular view across the ocean.

This 2 bedroom bungalow with 2 bathrooms is fairly spacious.

The lounge is separated from the kitchen area via a breakfast bar and consists of three 2 seater settees, satellite television, cd/cassette/radio player and a glass dining table and chairs. There are doors leading out to the front terrace overlooking Augusta Park's garden areas.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size gas cooker, microwave and fridge and has a door leading out to a small enclosed terrace containing a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Bedroom with twin beds

The two bedrooms both have twin beds and there is an ensuite bathroom to one of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have French doors leading onto adjoining terraces at the back of the Bungalow. There is also a separate bathroom.

Dining area

Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own and is rather village-like. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla's golfing clubhouse where you can hire golf clubs to Augusta Park bedroom play a few rounds of golf on the fairways.

A new path has just been built meaning the bungalow is just a few minutes walk away from the adjacent resort of Golf del Sur where there are bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square. Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty more shopping and entertainment options.

Features:

Lounge and Kitchen: The lounge has sliding doors which lead to the front terrace, while the kitchen door leads to a small enclosed terrace that holds a washing machine and clothes dryer. For your entertainment you will find a three comfortable two-seater setees, a satellite t.v., a cd stereo system, a ceiling fan and a portable fan.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar and a glass dining table with chairs. It is equipped with a full size gas cooker, a microwave, a fridge, an electric kettle, and a toaster

The Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms each with comfortable twin beds, fitted wardrobes and French doors leading to the back terrace. One of the bedrooms also has a door adjoining the ensuite bathroom which has a bath with shower, vanity unit, w.c. and bidet.

Bathrooms/Toilets: There is an ensuite bathroom adjoining one bedroom and a seperate bathroom with bath and shower, vanity/wash basin and toilet.

Terraces: There is a pleasant front terrace with a table and four chairs which can be reached from the lounge andand a back terrace which can be reached from the bedrooms.

Swimming Pool and Onsite Facilities: There is an adult pool and a children´s pool. From the pool area you will enjoy a lovely view to the Atlantic. Sunbeds and straw unmbrellas are on hand and there is a poolside bar for snacks and refreshments. You can freshen up with the outdoor showers before visiting the other on-site facilities: a hairdresser, laundrette and supermarket.

Linen and Welcome Pack : There will be a welcome pack awaiting your arrival which consists of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, butter, cheese, fruit juice, beer and sometimes even a bottle of wine. Towels and bed linen are supplied and changed weekly.

Receiving the Apartment Keys: The caretakers who look after the apartment will be there to greet you upon arrival with the apartment keys.

Location: Augusta Park is in Amarilla Golf and Country Club, 15 minutes by car from the Reinia Sofia Airport, 10 minutes from Los Cristianos and 15 minutes from Playa de Las Americas. A car is essential for this area. We can organise a hire car for the duration of your stay.
