This 2 bedroom bungalow is spacious and nicely decorated. It has a double terrace with spectacular views of the mountains and the Atlantic ocean. The view from the swimming pool area is equally as stunning as it is set on the ocean front and therefore has magnificent views of both the ocean and the mountains.
The lounge consists of a three piece suite, satellite television, video recorder and mini hi-fi system. The kitchen consists of a full size oven and gas hob, two fridges, microwave and a washing machine. There are two bedrooms with twin beds in each and one of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, there is also a separate shower room.
If you are looking for peace and quiet and a relaxing holiday then Ocean Ridge is ideal. A number of people have stayed in this bungalow for periods of 4-6 weeks at a time, and have re-booked for another peaceful holiday.
More often than not you’ll find you will have the swimming pool to yourself as a large number of residents live on Ocean Ridge who hardly ever use the pool.
Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla’s golfing club house where you can hire golf clubs to play a few rounds of golf on the fairways. A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.
Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulness of the Ocean Ridge bungalows and the resort of Amarilla Golf.

Lounge and Kitchen: The lounge offers magnificent sea and mountain views, French doors leading to a double terrace, a three piece suite, dining table and chairs, satellite t.v., video, mini hifi and a ceiling fan. In the kitchen there is a full size oven and gas hob, a microwave, two fridges, a washing machine, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, toaster, and an iron.
The Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms, each with
twin beds, fitted wordrobes, a chest of drawers and an upright portable
fan. One of the rooms also boasts views of the sea and mountains,
French doors leading to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom.

There is one ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower, a vanity unit/wash
basin and toilet. The other in not ensuite but is offers a shower,
vanity unit/wash basin and toilet.
Double Terrace
Enjoy the sun or shade in this lovely double terrace which offers
magnificent sea and mountains views. There are sun canopies above
the French doors leading from the living room and one bedroom, a
table and chairs, sunbeds, a barbeque and clothes dryer.
Swimming Pool Area
With views to the ocean and mountains, sunbeds and pretty garden
areas, the swimming pool area of Ocean Ridge is an ideal spot to
relax and top up your tan.
Location:
Amarilla Golf, 15 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos
and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car). A car is essential
for this area.
Beverages/Linen Change:
A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk,
water, bread, butter, cheese, fruit juice, beer and sometimes even
a bottle of wine. Towels and linen change once a week.
Caretakers
The caretakers, who look after this Bungalow will be there to greet
you on your arrival and provide you with the keys.
