This privately owned apartment in the prestigious, 4 star, front line Apart-Hotel Club Atantis is perfectly situated for all the amenities that Las Americas has to offer. It offers the unique combination of a brand new privately owned apartment but still with the use of all the Hotel's facilities.
Set in a quiet part of the hotels grounds you can enjoy all it's facilities, including a 24 hour reception, daily and nightly entertainment, 3 swimming pools (one chidrens), a pool bar / snack bar, gourmet restaurant, an internet cafe, TV room, pool table, tennis courts, hair salon and launderette.
The living room has a double sofa bed which folds out into two single beds so the apartment comfortably sleeps 4 adults.
The living room leads to the brand new and fully equipped kitchen with it's "SMEG" style appliances. There is also a breakfast bar.
A door from the living room leads to the unusually large bedroom. Here you have an abundance of space, which includes a double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and patio doors leading to the front terrace.
This apartment is brand new and very well furnished. You enter through the front gate into the huge double ground floor terrace. Open the 1st patio doors and you are into the roomy living room with it's double sofa bed and armchair.
This apartment is unique as you can literally walk out of your front door onto the marina at Puerto Colon and the beach! It's situated just off the 'Geranium Walk' - a promenade which runs from Playa del Duque through Playa de las Americas and into Los Cristianos. Everything you could ever need is all with a couple of minutes walk - Bars, shops, cafes, marina, beach, water sports, childrens play areas, restaurants, amusement arcades and excursion shops.
Of course anyone wanting to take on of the plentiful boat trips around the island, you just step out of the front door and board your vessell!
Lounge & Kitchen: The lounge is furnished with a double sofa bed which folds down into two single beds. It also has an armchair, coffee table, lamps, ceiling fans and a TV with a built in DVD player. The TV also picks up the full range of English channels including BBC, ITV, Sky News, Sky Sports and Channel 4. There is a door to the bedroom and patio doors leading to the large terrace. Security shutters have been fitted fro your peace of mind.
The kitchen is brand new and well-equipped with a SMEG style cooker, oven, hob, microwave and kettle.
Bedroom: This especially large bedroom is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a bedside table. Patio doors lead out to the sunny terrace and here again there are security shutters.
Bathroom: The bathroom contains a shower, bath, marble sink unit and a toilet.
Terrace: The large sunny terrace is furnished with a table and 4 chairs, 4 sunbeds and a clothes dryer.
Pool area: Large pool area, pool bar / snack bar, daily entertainment, diving lessons, views of the sea.
Location: Just 15-20 minutes from Tenerife South airport. Club Atlantic is brilliantly located with everything that Las Americas has to offer within walking distance.
