The main bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd and 3rd both have twins.

Enjoying one of the best locations in the area, when you’re sat on the terrace its hard to believe that the resort centre is just a 2 minute walk around the corner!
In the Golf Del Sur resort centre you will find 3 pretty squares each with their own selection of good quality bars and restaurants - many with evening entertainment. There are also shops, bank, doctors, chemists and much more!
A lovely sea front walk, past the complex swimming pool takes you to the new marina in Golf Del Sur where there are more sea front restaurants to enjoy.

Lounge & Kitchen: The living room is comfortable and spacious. It is furnished with two large comfy sofas, a coffee table and a large TV and DVD player. Patio doors open up to the the terrace.
The fresh looknig kitchen is well equipped. You'll find a
full size oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, electric
kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite, sea views and patio doors to the terrace. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom both have twin beds and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Sun Terrace: At the front of the apartment is a lovely front terrace with a patio table, 4 chairs, 2 sun recliners, 2 sunbeds and cushions..
Location: 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car).
Beverages /Linen Change: A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, water,
mik and sugar. Towels and linen change weekly.
Air Conitioning: The apartment benefits from air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. There is a supplement of £35 per week if you would like the apartment air conditioned, otherwise the unit will be immobilised.
