Terrazas De La Paz enjoys a fantastic position in the very heart of Golf Del Sur in South Tenerife. Being only a 5 minute walk from the resort centre of San Blas it is in an ideal location to enjoy all the good quality facilities that Golf Del Sur has to offer. Golfers will also find this a great base to play the championship golf course as the front of the complex overlooks the 3rd Fairway and is only 5-10 minute walk from the 1st tee.

We have two neighbouring, comfortably furnished one bedroom apartments in Terrazas De La Paz, ideal for family groups holidaying together.

The complex has everything the holiday maker requires, complete with 2 heated swimming pools, a games area, gymnasium and supermarket.

Both apartments have huge terraces and wonderful sea views - a great place to soak up the sun or watch the sun go down with an ice cold drink!


We have two neighbouring one bedroom apartments in Terrazas De La Paz, both with huge terraces and wonderful sea views - a great place to soak up the sun or watch the sun go down with an ice cold drink! These apartments are ideal for families and couples alike. They are well mainained and the owners have been careful to equip them with everything a holiday maker would need (microwaves, washing machine, Radio and CD Players etc). The complex has everything the holiday maker requires, complete with 2 heated swimming pools, a games area, gymnasium and supermarket.

Features:

Lounge & Kitchen: The lounge of each apartment opens on to a fabulous south facing balcony which offer stunning sea views. They are furnished with a double sofa beds and matching armchair, satellite TV (FULL English channels), coffee tables and sideboard with a radio and CD player for your entertainment.

Each kitchen contains an oven, hob, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, iron, ironing board, microwave oven, washing machine, pans, knife set, brand new cutlery and crockery.

Bedroom: Each bedroom includes twin beds, safe, built in wardrobes, hair dryer and an electric alarm clock.

Balcony: Each balcony overlooks the pools and has fabulous sea views. There is a table and chairs, a clothes dryer and sunbeds to relax upon.

Swimming Pool and On-site Facilities: 2 heated swimming pools, childrens play area, gymnasium and supermarket. Reception facilities open between 9-5 everyday. Please note that there is a snack bar and restaurant in the complex that are both currently not open.

Location: 10 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car). The bus station outside the complex has buses all around the island.

Apartment Management: These apartments are under the management of OPM Ltd and we are responsible for all aspects including cleaning, laundry and maintenance etc.

Beverages/Towel and linen change: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water provided on your arrival. Towels and linen change weekly on stays of 10 days or more. Beach towels not provided, please bring your own with you.

There will be one bath towel and one hand towel allocated per person per week (this is standard procedure) and is included in the rental price of the Apartment.

Extra Towels: If extra towels are required there will be a charge of 3.50 euros per person per week, which will include one additional bath and hand towel per person halfway through the week.
