do I Book online?
You can book online by credit or debit card via
our state of the art and highly secure ‘Rental Systems’ booking
system. The beauty of our system is that if you see a property you like, there is no waiting around, you can reserve, book and pay here and now!

No more having to send off endless emails to various owners checking on availability. We have a unique system where our property owners update their availability at a touch of a button, therefore our booking calendars are 100% correct.
Booking online is simple - there are three ways to find and book your holiday
accommodation.
1) Click the top right to go back to our home page and use the "search box" to see what properties are available for the dates you require. View
each one and click the 'price, availability, book' section to book
online.
2) You can browse through ourTenerife Apartments or Tenerife Villas listings. When you see one that takes your fancy, whilst on the advert for that property, click the BOOK ONLINE button to see the availability. Select your dates and off you go!
3) An easy way to book
online is to remember the reference number of the property. This is not the apartment
number (i.e, the address) but our in-house reference number, which is 4 or 5
digits long, e.g 4200. Each property on our website has one.
Then simply click on this link 'Book
your propery online' where you will be taking
through to a screen where you will be asked to input the properties reference
number. Type this in and you will be taken through to the availability calendar
of that property where you can select your dates and book online.
THH TIP - if you like the look of something you
see, don't hesitate and let someone else get in there first. Reserve
your dates on the calendar by sending us a booking request - you
will not have to submit payment until you are ready and normally
have 48 hours to do so.
So how do I use the site to find and book accommodation
for my next holiday in Tenerife?
For 75% of the properties on our site both THH and the respective
owner have access to the availability calendars attached to
each property. Therefore with these properties the availability
is
fully up to date and is 'live' at any given time.
In these cases, where the owners of the apartments or villas
have chosen to have direct access to our booking calendar,
you will receive instant confirmation and can go ahead and
secure
your booking by paying via our secure bookings system.
Some
owners simply have no interest in the internet and for them,
we will
double check availability before allowing you to book. As soon
as we receive your booking request we will double check availability
before confirming. We always try to get back to you within
12 hours - so you won´t be waiting long. Either way, you can
book and pay online with minimum hassle!
There are some villas on the website that we don’t fully
manage but purely act as a booking agent. These villas are fully
inspected by THH and are regularly checked. These villas have
onsite caretakers who live in the community who will take care
of you during your stay. We do have to check availability with
them first before getting back to you.

owned holiday apartment instead of arranging a more traditional ´package
holiday´?
Well, you only need to visit a few of the Holiday Truth type
websites to find out that people are often less than impressed
with their holiday accommodation after their arrival in Tenerife.
Booking an apartment or villa through THH, you will not find
yourself having to go and hire a kettle to have a cup of tea
for example.
So who are we?
Tenerife Holiday Homes Ltd is a Property Management company
dealing solely with privately owned apartments and villas.
Having a website
where you can book privately owned accommodation is not unusual
but where this one is unique is that as opposed to booking
with other private owners, where you could be left high and
dry if
a problem arises, we will still be available to you throughout
your stay.
We have our main sales office in the UK but our English management staff in Tenerife are never more than 15 minutes away
from any of the accommodation under our management and
therefore we
are always close by should you need us during your stay.
Are there other benefits to staying in a privately owned
holiday apartment or villa in Tenerife?
1) You have more opportunities to experience the local
way of life and culture and to get to know the area
in which
you are
staying
2) Privately owned accommodation is usually of a much
higher standard than those offered by the high street
tour operator
3) You have much more flexibility to arrange your own
flights to suit your needs.
4) Avoid those ghastly journeys in tour operator buses,
which stops at countless complexes before you get to
yours - either
make your own way to your accommodation or take advantage
of our stress free taxi meet and greet service or hire
a car from
us and we'll leave it at the airport for you.
