The location of the villa could not be better. The new marina is just to the right of the villa as you look out to sea. To the left is a very picturesque sea front promenade full of good quality bars and restaurants. A very pleasant 15 minute walk along this promenade will take you to the resort centre. A supermarket is a 2 minute walk from the villa.
For the avid golfer there is a 27 hole golf course at Golf Del Sur and the villa is a 2 minute drive from the 1st tee.

Rasied up from the living room is the dining area which has a table and chairs to seat 8 people.

Kitchen: In the fully fitted kitchen you will find a full size oven and hob, a microwave, a tall fridge/freezer, a washing machine, electric kettle, toaster and breakfast bar. From here you agian have lovely sea views.
Bedrooms: The bedrooms are very large and are all upstairs. All have twin beds, ensuite and various items of furniture. The master has its own jacuzzi area. Remote controlled shutters unfold to show an upstairs balcony with lovely sea and pool views.
