The apartment is spacious and offers very comfortable accommodation. The living room has a sofa bed (folds out into two single beds) and a single armchair. Satellite TV is provided with BBC, ITV, Ch4, Ch5, Sky and many other international stations.
The apartment has been beautifully furnished and it is obvious that extra care has been taken to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The south facing balcony runs the length of the living room and bedroom. You can step out of either room to the balcony where you can relax in the sun and just enjoy those lovely views!
The comfortable bedroom has two twin beds that can be pulled together if required.
The beauty of this lovely apartment to rent in Aguamarina is that when you wake in the morning you can simply open the curtains and enjoy the sea views.
Be lulled to sleep by the gentle sound of waves lapping against the shore. Wake up roll over and the first thing you will see is the gleaming Atlantic!
The kitchen is well equipped with tall fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob. A breakfast bar with two stools separates the kitchen from the living room.
The pool area at Aguamarina is stunning - literally sitting over the Atlantic. There are plenty of sunbeds available for your use and it's a beautiful spot to take in the Tenerife sun. The pool is heated.
Over the road from Aguamarina is a well stocked supermarket and a quiet bar showing all major sporting events by day and some really good live entertainment at night. To the side of the complex is the marina with its Spanish restaurants and bars. A pleasant 10-15 minute coastal walk along this promenade will bring you to the picturesque resort centre which is based around a main square. Here you will find more good quality bars, restaurants (many with evening entertainment), boutiques, banks and a chemist.
The complex of Aguamarina has free broadband internet access in the foyer. There is also a wi-fi bar / cafe just over the road.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. There is a breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the lounge.
The Bedroom: The bedroom consists of twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. It also a sea view and patio doors leading to the double balcony.
Bathroom: Bath with shower, wash basin set in a marble top, w.c, washing machine.
Large Double Balcony: Offering lots of room to relax the balcony is furnished with a table and 4 chairs, sun recliners / sun beds and a clothes dryer. It offers magnificent, uninterrupted views over the pool to the Atlantic Ocean.
Complex Facilities: A heated adult and a childrens swimming pool, outside showers, sunbeds and views of the ocean.
Garage: A private underground parking space is available when booking this apartment, ideal if you are hiring a car. Please let us know in advance if you require access to this space.
