Enter the villa on the ground floor where you have a fabulous hallway with a stylish wooden staircase which leads to the 1st floor. Past the staircase you enter the cosy lounge/diner which main feature is the typical canarian fireplace that produces heat if needed during the winter evenings. The lounge/diner offers 2 sofas, large TV with English and German speaking channels and DVD player, hifi system. The Dining area has a beautiful table and chairs for 4 persons. The lounge/diner has two sets of patio doors leading to the pool terrace. The kitchen offers everything you would expect from your holiday home including granite worktops, oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, utensils, cutlery, iron with board, toaster, infact everything and more that you will ever need. Also on this level is a double bedroom and separate cloakroom with sink and WC.
On the 1st floor are 3 large bedrooms;
Bedroom 1 has king size bed, ensuite with his and her sinks, corner bath with shower attachments. Both the bedroom and en suite have their own balconies with views over the pool terrace and sea.
Bedroom 2 has king size bed and large dressing area plus ensuite with corner bath and shower attachment.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds and ensuite with shower cubicle.
The separate large studio apartment is entered via the pool terrace and has twin beds, small kitchen area with its own fridge and electric hob. The large bathroom has a bath with shower attachment.
All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes, fans and plenty of storage space, except bedroom 4 which has drawers. There is also a safe installed at the villa for your use. Cot and highchair are available at no extra cost. Internet is included in the price via a USB dongle.
There is large outside living area with an under cover patio seating area and a beautiful typical brick built canarian BBQ and small outside kitchen area. The heated pool area (pool is heated November to April) has an outside shower, sunbeds for 8 plus other patio furniture, sun shades, table tennis. The pool itself is kidney shaped and overall size is 10 x 5 metres and is heated to around 26 degrees between November to April (included in price). The pool has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company. Its main features are the roman styled steps that lead into the pool and the unusual shape. The pool depth is 1.3 metres at the shallow end and 1.5 metres at the deep end. It has been fully tiled to a high standard. The pool heating and filtration system all works on a timer therefore no maintenance required by yourselves. There is complementary lighting outside for those romantic evenings. At the front of the property there are beautiful Canarian gardens. A welcome pack is included in this villa. A car is recommended at this villa.
The owner of this property lives 20 metres away and is on hand at all times in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner also maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout. You will be greeted on arrival to be shown around the villa and to give general advice regarding the local area.
LOCATION
Villa Vista Del Mar is situated in a very quiet residential area of Chayofa. Chayofa is very popular with tourists as although being very quiet its just a 5 minute drive from the busier Playa De Las Americas and Los Cristianos, where you will find in abundance beaches, Shops, Restuarants, Bars, Water parks etc. However within a 5 minute walk from the villa is a local supermarket and 2 or 3 bars/Resturants, tennis club. 1km way is the small town of La Camilla where you will find more larger supermarkets and typical Canarian bars, restuarants. There is also a bus stop nearby the villa which has a regular bus service into the other busier resorts.
