This huge 5 bedroom detached modern villa is situated in a quiet residential area and is not overlooked. This is designed for those that don\'t want to venture out because you have it all there and have that relaxing holiday.
Villa Guargacho is all on one level and is wheelchair friendly. The large lounge has a 47 inch plasma with British TV, DVD, Hi Fi, Video. Free WIFI, 3 and 2 seater sofas with 3 other matching chairs and patio doors that lead to a veranda style terrace with several sets of comfortable garden furniture. The huge open planned modern kitchen has American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and numerous cupboards and granite work top with fitted oven and hob. This kitchen is fully equipped with everything one could wish for. Off the kitchen is the dining area with table and chairs for 6 persons, plus a breakfast bar with stools for a further 3 persons.
There are 5 large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 you enter via bedroom 5. This large bedroom has a king size bed, air conditioning and a double sofa bed plus numerous other furniture. There are patio doors that open onto the veranda style terrace plus a large en suite with walk in shower and twin sinks. Bedroom 2 is the same as bedroom but has an additional single bed instead of the sofas and the en suite has the added feature of a corner bath. Bedroom 3 is also as bedroom 1 and has a TV with DVD player. Bedroom 4 has twin beds with ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 5 has king size bed and fitted furniture plus patio doors leading to the front terrace. There is a further bathroom with shower and twin sinks. All bath towels and linen are provided. The interior of this villa is well above standards you would find in your normal holiday villa.
The outside of the villa is very large and has many features. Sun beds for 10, several sets of patio furniture. Outside full size pool table, table tennis, darts, purpose built BBQ area. The 12 x 4 private heated pool is surrounded by a very large terrace. There is a hot tub jacuzzi which sits under the veranda type terrace. The large front entrance area has its own automatic electric gates from the road and has parking for several cars. Car hire is recommended.
The manager of this property is on hand at all times and lives locally in case of any unforeseen matters. The manager also maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout. There is also a maintenance contract with a local company who are on call in case of any unforeseen matters. You will be greeted on arrival to be shown around the villa and to give general advice regarding the local area.
We would also like to mention that the villa is in a very quiet area therefore there is no building work going on.
SWIMMING POOL
The new 12 x 4 metre heated pool has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company and is surrounded by a very large terrace. Its main features are the roman styled steps that lead into the pool. The shallow end is approx 1 metre and the deep end is 1.4 metres deep. It has been fully tiled to a high standard. The pool heating and filtration system all works on a timer therefore there is no maintenance required. There is a safety ring nearby. The owner does all the update and cleaning of the pool. If you intend to use a pool whilst on holiday in Tenerife we strongly recommend that you choose a villa with a heated pool. Although the all year climate in Tenerife is probably one of the best in the world apart from the main summer months the temperature will drop in the evening, this will mean that the temperature in the pool will also drop. This is when you need the heater to top up the heat of the pool.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
What most villa renters seem to forget is the very important matter of safety. Included in our villa is a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher (instructuions written in English), stickers on plain glass patio doors, and a safety ring for swimming pool.
Our villa has been checked by electrian for any electrical defects.
The villa is often sprayed throughout with an anti insecticide.
