This beautiful and spacious detached villa is newly built and completed in 2010. It has been furnished to a high standard throughout and has stunning views of the sea and mountains. The villa and its furnishings are in tip top condition.
You enter the villa via a few steps to the first floor where you have a Kitchen, lounge, dining area, double bedroom, bathroom and staircase leading to the ground floor and upper level.
The comfortable lounge has sofas to seat 8 people and has 50 inch LCD TV which includes BBC, ITV, CH 4 & 5 plus many childrens, movie and news channels. There is also a DVD Player and hi fi.
On the 1st floor an independant marble top kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich maker. in fact everything you would expect from such a magnificent 4 bed villa in Tenerife.
The Dining area consists of table and chairs for 8 people. Both Lounge and dining area have patio doors leading to separate large terrace that have stunning sea views and sets of quality patio furniture. The bedroom consists of double bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and a safe. The family bathroom is also on this level and has bath with shower attachment.
Up the stylish chrome / toughened glass staircase is the upper floor. The remaining 3 bedrooms all have en suite shower facilities, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans, private safes and doors that lead to another sun terrace.
Two bedrooms on the top floor are king size and the other is a twin. All 4 bedrooms have quality bed covers and complementing curtains.
The fabulous exterior of the Villa has a 10 x 4 Private heated pool (heated between October and May) and is surrounded by a large beautiful terrace with a with quality patio furniture, sun loungers, large BBQ, outside shower. There are other sun terraces around the villa with a very nice typical Canarian garden area.
The pool has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company. Its main features are the roman styled steps that lead into the pool . The pool is at a constant level of 1.2 metres deep. It has been fully tiled to a high standard. The pool also boasts underwater lighting that compliments the exterior lighting of the property. The pool lighting and filtration system all works on a timer therefore there is no maintenance required.
The outside patio area is safe for children and completely secured by lockable gates. There is a security video entrance system.

This magnficient 4 bed villa to rent is situated in a quiet upmarket residential area of Roque Del Conde, Torviscus Alto, Las Americas. Within a 10 minute walk there are two restuarants a bar and a mini market. The Villa is a 5 minute drive to the busy Gran Sur shopping complex, sports complex and health club (open to visitors) and many other bars and restuarants, shops and larger supermarkets etc.
The resort centres and lovely beaches of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are less than a 10 minute drive away. Siam Park, Jungle Park and the Aqua Park are just a few minutes drive from the villa.
Property Management
The manager of this property lives 100 metres away and is on hand at all times in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner also maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout. You will be greeted on arrival to be shown around the villa and to give general advice regarding the local area.
Beverages /Linen Change: A welcome pack can be provided at extra cost. Towels and linen change weekly.
