The master bedroom has king size bed plus additional area with a single bed.
Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedrooms are spacious and very well fitted out with wardrobes and complementry furnishings.
The outside relax area
This beautiful large detached private villa is set in its own grounds surrounded by delightful typical Canarian gardens including fruit trees. The interior has been tastefully furnished throughout. There are several terraces with sun beds, patio furniture, a BBQ and views of the sea.

This huge property is on two levels. The ground floor level has 3 bedrooms, a fitted kitchen, lounge, separate dining room, bathroom and huge conservatory.

The family bathroom has bath and large walk in shower.

On the upper level you will find a small 2nd lounge with sofas and doors leading to a sun terrace and views of the gardens and barranco. Along the upper hallway area are another 3 large bedrooms all with double beds. The main bedroom has en suite with bath and shower attachment whilst the other 2 bedrooms have doors opening to its private terrace with views over the gardens. Adjacent, and completely separate to the villa, there is an annex containing a further 7th bedroom. It has four poster king size bed and large single bed. You reach the annex by walking outside of the villa and along the relaxation area.

In the gardens of this property there is an outbuilding with a large washing room facilities including washing machine, 2nd kitchen ideal for use for outside dining and bathroom with toilet. The large magnificent under cover relaxation area overlooks the gardens and consists of many sofas, table and chairs ideal for reading or relaxing. This looks very pretty at night when lit up. Also in the gardens is a pergola with table and chairs plus BBQ.
The villa has a large 3 metre diameter x 1 metre deep inflatable swimming pool, accessed by a ladder which will be ready for your arrival.

The main Villa includes TV with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4, C5, Sky Sports, kids and movie channels plus DVD players.
The huge master bedroom 11 x 5 metre with a large double bed and walk in wardrobes, TV with DVD and a large en suite with jacuzzi bath, walk in shower.
2nd bedroom an even bigger 12 x 7 mertre with double bed, 2 single beds, air conditioning, en suite with jacuzzi bath/separate shower.
There are another 2 double bedrooms and 1 more bedroom with twin beds. All bedrooms have either air conditioning or free standing fans.
There are 3 fully tiled bath/shower rooms plus another external shower room.
The fully fitted kitchen incluses a dishwasher, american fridge, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, microwave etc, the french doors from the kitchen walks out on to a large pergola type terrace which offers another dining table and chairs.for 8 people. The lounge measures 14 x 6m with a split level dining area for a further people. There is 42 inch plasma TV, DVD player, this room also offers a hifi system. There are 2 outside utility rooms which includes washing machine, tumble dryer and iron with board. There is also optional internet use, please state this on booking. There is a free cot and high chair on offer for your use.
The Resort
Whether you stay in at night and enjoy the Villa or simply stroll down to the easily accessed restaurants and bars of Paraiso it is an ideal place to unwind and take in the sights and smells that surround this lovely part of Tenerife.
Playa Paraiso is a smaller, more laid back resort but has some high quality amenities too. It is actually known for having the sunniest climate on the whole of Tenerife!!
Playa Paraiso does have a small beach but Las Americas is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find several long golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. Whilst fantastic for a day or night out, after a day in Las Americas, many people find they are glad to return to the more peaceful area of Playa Paraiso and this lovely villa. The resort is also ideal for those wishing to venture further up the west coast and enjoy the cliffs at Los Gigantes for instance.
