The owner had the villa built to his own specifications and the result is a new and versatile 4 bed villa offering a very prominent position in the La Quinta area.
The villa benefits from lovely sea and golf course - the balcony of the master bedroom just sits above one of the greens. The pool is electrically heated.
As you walk into the villa you will be met by this very impressive entrance hall. To the right is the downstairs bedroom. To the left is the dining area, kitchen and living room.
