What do you get when you book with Tenerife Holiday Homes?
Our role is to put you in contact with a privately owned
property that best suits your needs and requirements. Alongside this,
as we have English staff in Tenerife you can book your acccommodation in the
reassurance we are close by should we be required during your stay.
After you have booked we will send you your joining instructions.
This will include a map, full directions to the property and where
to pick up your keys. An emergency number is given in case of difficulties.
The check-in to your accommodation is not before 3pm.
When you arrive
you will have a small welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk, sugar
and
water.

refreshment if you are arriving after the shops shut.
The beds will be made as per the number of people the property has
been booked for. In other words, if a property with 4 beds in has
been booked for 2 people then only 2 beds will be made up. If in
this instance the property has both doubles and single beds then
you must tell us in advance what beds you want made up.
One hand and one bath towel is provided per person.
The type of holiday we are supplying is self catering and you are
expected to bring your own towels for the beach and the pool. Any
towels provided by TT are to stay within the property.
For holidays of 10 days or more you will receive
a mid term "partial" clean and change of linen approximately half
way through your stay.
If you are staying 4 weeks or longer, it is possible that a discount
can be obtained off the weekly price of your property. If so this
will normally be on the basis that no "partial cleans" are included.
Instead you will receive 2 sets of linen / towels per person for
you to rotate. If you do require weekly cleans / linen changes
then please let us know in advance as this can be arranged at an
extra cost.
The check-out of your property is strictly 10am. Please refer to your joining instructions as to exactly where to leave your keys when you depart.
When you return home we will email you for your feedback on your
holiday. We listen to our clients needs and requirements and are
always trying to improve our service to you.
