This lovely Tenerife villa is in the prestigious area of Callao Salvaje - a small resort on the west coast of the island, a ten minute drive from lively Playa de las Americas.

	This lovely Tenerife villa to rent in Callao Salvaje has a gorgeous pool area with plenty of sun beds and lovely sea views. The upstairs sun terrace stretches the length of the pool area. The above photo of the view was taken from this terrace.
	You enter the villa on the 1st floor, where you will find the main living quarters, including the lounge, dining room and the kitchen. The living room of this Tenerife Villa is fresh and modern with seating for 8 people.
	Satellite TV, a DVD player and Hi-Fi are provided. From the living room, patio doors open up to the large sunny terrace where you can dine and sunbathe whilst enjoying the Tenerife sunshine. .
	Stairs lead downstairs to the bedroom quarters. The master bedroom has a double bed, ensuite and patio doors to the pool area.
	Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds. Bedroom 3 has it's own ensuite and patio doors to the pool area. This one is bedroom 4 - it also has it's own bathroom. (Not ensuite).
	The 2nd bedroom is very similar to the master, with an ensuite and patio doors to the terrace. All bedrooms in this beautiful villa to rent in Tenerife have ceiling fans and air conditioning.
	The kitchen is modern, fresh and fully equipped. Off the kitchen is a dining area with table and chairs. From there patio doors open to the large sun terrace and those lovely views.
	The pool area is a lovely place to take in the Tenerife sunshine. It is spacious and offers fantastic views over the resort to the sea. The upstairs terrace (not shown) also benefits from an abundance of sun and is an ideal place to relax whilst the kids splash in the pool below.

Being amongst the nicest villas to rent in Callao Salvaje, it is newly refurbished and in immaculate condition. Callao Salvaje is a ten minute drive to the north of Playa de las Americas on the west coast of Tenerife. Once a quiet fishing village, the resort has blossomed in recent years and is becoming a very popular low key resort. Dotted arond the resort are several bars and quality restaurants and the resort centre has even more - catering for a variety of taste.

The villa is a 6 / 7 minute walk to the resort centre with hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, apharmacy, doctors and supermarkets etc. There is a small friendly french bakers nearby that we highly recommend for all your fresh bread and cakes. On the sea front there is a small beach with a mixture of shingle and black sand. The bright lights and beach activity of Playa de las Americas is close, and closer still are the stunning sandy beaches at Fañabe.

Callao Salvaje is ideally situated to explore the island, as the motorway network which links the island is close by - whether you want to head north to the Tiede National park, or head to the busy resorts of the south. For golf lovers, the nearest course is at Costa Adeje, at just a 5 minute drive away.
