furnished throughout. The living room has one sofa and
3 armchairs, as well as many other features. The TV receives
BBC1, 2 ITV, CH4 and CH5.
Patio doors lead out to the private pool.
The kitchen is absolutely immaculate and been designed specifically to the owners needs. No appliance has been missed out. This is a kitchen from heaven!
There is a separate dining area with a table and 6 chairs - again of all of the highest quality..
The villa consists of a lovely private pool area with heated pool. The pool area is south facing and therefore provide a lovely sunny area for sunbathing. As you can see from the photos the pool is totally private too. Sunbeds and cushions are provided around the pool.
The villa has 3 bedrooms,
2 have double beds (both with ensuite) and the 3rd being
a twin. The main bedroom has a king size bed.
No expense has been spared furnishing this villa. It was furnished as a home and not a rental property so you will find many of your home comforts here.
There are 3 bathrooms in the villa, all tastefully decorated, looking fresh, sparkling and new. The two double bedrooms have ensuites and there is a family bathroom too.
Out the back of the villa is a small courtyard with a
wooden table and chairs and a BBQ - perfect for dining
Al Fresco. From here you can wander up to the private roof
terrace which has lovely views to the sea in front and
Mount Teide behind. A stunning place to soak up the Tenerife
Sun.

El Medano, a small holiday resort town on the south coast of Tenerife, 7km from the southern airport, 20 mins from the busy resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas, is a holiday destination for families looking for a safe, friendly, quiet, sunny destination.
It is a good base for golfers (with a choice of 6 different golf courses) and an ideal one for further exploring the island due to it's excellent motorway links. It is well known to wind and kite surfers and a favourite with the Tenerfeños for both the relaxed atmosphere and the beautiful sandy beaches.
There are several sandy beaches, this one is sheltered by the town square and stretches all the way to the Red Rock Mountain and makes for a lovely walk. Two other beaches attract windsurfers from all over the world and two more are completely unspoilt.
We would recommend either car hire, or the use of taxis for people using the villa as it is a couple of minutes drive into Medano itself. (Local taxi number can be given to you). Here you can eat at many different cosmopolitan restaurants - tapas, Mexican, Italian, English etc etc. You are a 10 minute drive from the small harbour of Los Abrigos which reportedly has the best fresh fish restaurants on the island
