Sunset Golf, Costa Adeje is located about 20 minutes drive along the TF1 from Reina Sofia International Airport in the south of Tenerife, and it situated between the town of Adeje and the beautiful fishing village of La Caleta, adjacent to Playa de las Americas.
In the grounds of this stunning villa there is a large terraced area and a garden with tropical plants. The heated swimming pool is set in an area of landscaped gardens where you can stretch out in the sun. Whilst relaxing in the garden, you will be able to enjoy panoramic views over the golf course to the sea.
The comfortable lounge is well furnished with leather sofas. From here you can look out through the patio doors over the golf
course to the sea.
There is a dining area with a table
and chairs. Satellite TV is provided including BBC and ITV. Wi-Fi internet access is supplied. This is a modern and very comfortable Tenerife villa to rent.
The ultra-modern kitchen is separate but services the dining area via a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher etc. There is an outdoor utility room with washing machine just off the kitchen.
This lovely Costa Adeje villa has 3 bedrooms. 1 twins and two doubles. One twin bedroom is downstairs and has a family bathroom, whist the other two both have ensuites. There is also a separate WC downstairs too and a 3rd bathroom with shower.
The master bedroom, has anen-suite and dressing area, and private balcony off. The views to the front are again over the fairways and out to the sea, and to the left you can see all of the way out to Playa de Las Americas. The en-suite has a Jacuzzi style bath and shower over, and the dressing room has extensive wardrobes and a dressing area
