One of our classiest Tenerife Villas it is situated in the beautiful Aguilas Del Tiede area, and enjoys spectacular views over the coastline of Playa de Las Americas, Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje. It is a modern and contemporary, open-plan villa, of which is rarely available on the Tenerife villa rental market.
Benefiting from being fully air conditioned this luxury holiday villa has three large double bedrooms all having a large en-suite bathroom. Two of the double bedrooms have their own private balcony with spectacular views. It's unusual to find a 3 bed villa with 3 ensuite bathrooms so this villa is pefect for families or groups who like their own privacy too.
In terms of location, you are just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to reach it if desired. There is a regular taxi service to Las Americas for around five euros if you don’t fancy driving.
The villa is immaculately furnished. There are wooden floors throughout the living room and sleeping areas.
The living area has two leather sofas, satellite TV (BBC1, 2 and ITV, CH4) a DVD and a CD player.
Patio doors open to the gorgeous pool area.
The dining furniture is of rustic, dark mahogany brown oak with 6 matching contemporary high-backed leather chairs.

The Kitchen is fresh, modern and spacious. A table and chairs are provided for breakfast.
All bedrooms are en-suite, including air-conditioning, bedside cabinets with tiffany lamps, fitted wardrobes, drawer dressing unit with stool and mirror. They are furnished in light oak.

The villa enjoys an excellent location in the area called Aguilas Del Teide. The nearest local restaurants and supermarkets can be found in the nearby Spanish villages of La Cameall or Cabo Blanco whilst the major resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are a 5 to 10 minute drive. Ideally located to explore the rest of the island, the famous "Jungle Park" (sometimes called "Eagle Park") is just 2 minutes around the corner. The Aqua park is also 5 minute drive.
