What makes this unique amongst our Tenerife villas, is that the main body of the villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but there is also a separate "granny flat" that has it's own kitchette, living area, bedroom and bathroom. (The granny flat is accessed via the steps on the outside of the villa - see above picture).
The villa also benefits from free broadband and SKY TV.

The well equipped kitchen full of modern appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It leads to an outside back terrace where you can dine "al fresco" and enjoy the evening temperature.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed. This villa is unique because all three bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower.
This is the 2nd bedroom within the main body of the villa.

The separate granny flat is accessed via steps on the outside of the villa. There is a small kitchenette and living area with leather sofa and TV.
The bedroom of the granny flat has two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The pretty terrace at the back of the house is the perfect place to enjoy an evening meal under the stars.
The picturesque pool area is the perfect place to laze away your day in the Tenerife sunshine.
Lounge and kitchen: The living room is equipped with a wide-screen 32 inch TV, DVD player and SKY TV, plus BBC1 and 2, ITV and Channel 4. There is a leather sofa with two leather armchairs and a coffee table, a hi-fi system and a ceiling fan. The living room leads to the dining room with table and chairs for 6 people. From here there is a small outside front terrace.
The well equipped
kitchen is well laid out and full of modern appliances to make
your stay as comfortable as possible. It has been refitted
to a high standard and includeds a full size oven and gas hob,
a microwave and integrated fridge/freezer, electric kettle
and toaster. The adjoining utility room has a new
washing
machine and fridge-freezer.
Free Broadband is provided in the villa.
Bedrooms: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobes,
a ceiling fan and SKY TV and a DVD player.
It also has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin
beds, fitted wardrobes a ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom.
Granny flat:
Accessed via an outside staircase, twin beds,kitchentte with sink and fridge, fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom, leather sofa and TV.
Villa Grounds: Drive way with room for 2 cars, small front terrace, back terrace with table and chairs.
Complex: Las Adelfas II provides plenty of fun for the whole family. As well as the swimming pool Las Adelfas II benefits from a 24 hour reception, an onsite supermarket, restaurant, pinball, table football, two full sized snooker tables and other amusements in the main games room.

up to 2 people = one bedroom will be made available
3- 4 people = two bedrooms will be made available
5 -8 people = three bedrooms (i.e. the granny flat) will be made available
If you are party of 4 people or less then this price is based on the 3rd bedroom / granny flat not being used. If you require then 3rd bedroom then you will need to pay the price for 5 people.
