Tenerife Holiday Homes present this well located Tenerife villa to rent which has a huge pool area and very spacious accommodation. Coming with a heated pool in it's own very private gardens, it is just 5 minutes walk from the resort centre and therefore has become very popular indeed.

For those who want privacy,yet be within walking distance off all amenities this has to be one of the best choices of all our Tenerife Villas.

	The lounge is quite spacious and has a large L Shaped Sofa that also folds out into a double bed. A windescreen TV is provided that receives BBC1, BBC2, ITV and CH4. The dining room table seats 8. Patio doors lead out to the pool area.
	The pool area is lovely and sunny and extremely private. There is a high wall all around the property so you feel nice and secluded.
	The double bedroom has french doors opening to the patio/pool area as well as en-suite facilities including a walk-in shower. There is yet another private patio accessed through the en-suite
	Bedroom two and three both have twin beds and have ample wardrobe space. They share a bathroom with a bath and showe.
	Plenty of sun beds are provided by the pool for your leisure. There is also a patio table and chairs and a separate BBQ. The pool is heated all year round so there's no excuses not to have a dip!
	The new kitchen is fully equipped with hob, fan oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and all expected cutlery and crockery. In the utility room there is a washing machine. .

Golf Del Sur is a very pretty resort on the south coast of Tenerife only 10 minutes drive from the airport. It has all the facilities you would expect from a high quality holiday resort with some really nice bars and restaurants and of course a championship golf course.

The villa at 24 Alamos Park offers exclusive and completely private accommodation. It is set only 5 minutes walk from the resort centre of Golf Del Sur which is all based around 3 pretty squares each with their own evening entertainment. Here you will also find many boutiques, a doctors, a chemist and a large supermarket.

For the avid golfer there is a 27 hole golf course with club house. Ideally located, Alamos Park is just a short walk away from the course.

Lounge: Large L shaped Sofa (folds into a double sofa bed), cofee tables, widescreen TV (BBC1, BBC2, ITV and CH4), Stereo system.

Kitchen: Fully fitted cupboards, a full size oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, washing machine, an electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker.

Villa Grounds: Well landscaped gardens stretch around the whole villa, large wall around the outside maintains full privacy.

Welcome Pack/Linen Change: A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water. Towels and linen change weekly.
