This is a stunning brand new 2 Tenerife villa - newly completed in April 07 - and presented in immaculate condition. No expense has been spared by the owners in the building and furnshing of this gorgeous villa.

	The villa sleeps up to 6 people. It has 1 double ensuite room, 1 twin room, a large family bathroom with an "over the bath" shower & sleeps another 2 people on a sofa bed in the lounge. We can also supply a "Z bed" & a cot.
	As you walk into the main entrance of the villa you will immediately see it oozes clas. The front doors take you into the lounge where you will see that no expense has been spared on the furnishings and decor.
	2 sets of patio doors at the front of the villa lead from the bedrooms on to the patios shaded by a Jacaranda tree. The master bed has a lovely huge ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower & two sinks. Sliding doors lead out to a patio at the front.
	The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and shares large family bathroom. Again it is delightfully furnished.
	The swimming pool is 8m x 4m & the water is heated to a very comfortable 26-28 degrees all year. At the bottom of the steps, the pool is 3' deep going down to 5' towards the middle. Patio table and chairs, sunloungers, a parasol and a BBQ are all provided.

	The villa is set within it's own immaculate gardens and privacy is assured.
	Everything about this villa is class and you can be assured of the highest quality furnishings throughout. The villa and the pool area is totally private and secluded yet you are only 5 mins walk from the resort centre.

Golf Del Sur is a very pretty resort on the south coast of Tenerife only 10 minutes drive from the airport. It has all the facilities you would expect from a high quality holiday resort with some really nice bars and restaurants and of course a championship golf course.

This villa at Alamos Park offers exclusive and completely private accommodation. It is set only 5 minutes walk from the resort centre of Golf Del Sur which is all based around 3 pretty squares each with their own evening entertainment. Here you will also find many boutiques, a doctors, a chemist and a large supermarket.

For the avid golfer there is a 27 hole golf course with club house. Ideally located, Alamos Park is just a short walk away from the course.
