Village - Golf Del Sur - Two bed, Two bath, sleeping up to 5
Fairway Village is it's own little community of good quality lined villas all set within the picturesque grounds of the Golf Del Sur championship golf course - it certainly is a beautiful setting.
Within the village there are 3 swimming pools, a cafe, supermarket and the ever popular Oasis Pool bar and restaurant with it's weekly BBQ's and delicious Sunday roasts!This is a villa of the very highest quality offering a lovely sea, golf course and mountain views. A front gardens, a back sun terrace and even a private roof terrace all add to the attraction of this beautiful property.
This lovely villa is spacious, fresh and airy. Black leather sofas, glass coffee tables and lovely decoaration make this a very comfortable living room. The TV system has BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4.
Accessed from the living room by the Patio doors, there is a lovely and sunny back terrace. Ideal for private sunbathing or for dining 'al fresco' with a nice cold drink!
The master bedroom has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a separate shower room too.
From the roof terrace you have lovely sea, Golf course and mountain views. In the opposite direction to this photo you look into the one of the greens on the championship golf course.
Fairway Village has 3 swimming pools (one heated). The pool area is also home to the Oasis bistro which serves up breakfasts, lunches and evening meals.
Fairway Village is ideally located right in the Heart
of Golf Del Sur. The beauty of this is that whilst you are based
in the pretty setting of the golf course, the main square full
of shops, bars and places to eat is only a 5-10
minute
walk. In the evenings there are live cabaret acts in the square.
The new marina between Golf Del Sur and Amarilla is a 20 minute
stroll and here you will find even more sea front restaurants.
Just
along from Golf Del Sur is Los Abrigos, a typical Canarian fishing
village,
where
you’ll
find the best fish restaurants on the island and a charming little
harbour.
Many golfers book their holidays in Fairway Village villas. The chamionship Golf Del Sur golf course surrounds the Village and has three 9 hole links courses too.

Lounge and Kitchen: The spacious lounge is furnished with a two seater leather sofa and two matching armchairs and has satellite television (BBC1, 2, ITV, CH4). French doors lead out to the rear sun terrace.
The large fully fitted kitchen includes a full size cooker and hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, electric kettle, toaster and a dining table and chairs.
Hallway Cupboard: In the cupboard inthe hall is stored the washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space as well as an ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom each has twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
Bathrooms: The ensuite bathroom contains a bath with shower, a wash basin and a w.c.. The seperate shower room provides a shower stall, a marble vanity unit with wash basin and a toilet.
Rear Terrace: Area for complete privacy and sunbathing. 2 sun beds, patio table and chairs are provided.
Front Garden: The immmaculately kept front garden area has a lawned garden with flower borders, shrubs and tropical trees.
Roof Terrace: The roof terrace offers fabulous views of the mountains including Mount Teide, the Golf Del Sur golf course and the deep blue Atlantic Ocean. Sunbeds are provided.
Fairway Village Facilities: 3 Swimming Pools, (One heated), poolside bar/restaurant, cafe and an English Supermarket.
Beverages/Linen Change: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water provided on your arrival. Towels and linen change once a week.
Location: 10 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes to Los Cristianos and 20 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car)
