Fairways is just like a little village, hence the name, it is also very serene and quiet. There are many people who permanently live here, most being English, and you’ll often meet them in the “Oasis” pool bar, where you can enjoy a breakfast, snacks and evening meals along with the special Sunday barbeques and delicious roast dinners. Also at the “Oasis” you’ll find full satellite coverage of all live matches. In the village there are 3 swimming pools and an English supermarket.
This lovely villa is spacious and airy. It is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. From the lounge French doors lead out to the large rear terrace and garden.
The large fully fitted kitchen includes a full size cooker and hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwavr, electric kettle, toaster and a dining table and chairs.
The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe as well as an ensuite bathroom.
The second and third bedrooms each are furnished with twin beds and fitted wardrobes and have French doors leading to the rear terrace and garden.
There is a small patio and lawn to the front of the villa as well as roof terrace complete with sunbeds from where you can enjoy magnificent mountain, sea and golf course views.
The main square full of shops, bars and places to eat is about a 10-15 minute walk. In the evenings there are live cabaret acts in the square. Just along from Golf Del Sur is Los Abrigos, a typical Canarian fishing village, where you’ll find the best fish restaurants on the island and a charming little harbour.
Many golfers book their holidays in Fairways Villages villas. The chamionship Golf Del Sur golf course surrounds the Village and has three 9 hole links courses too.

Lounge and Kitchen: The spacious lounge is furnished with a three seater sofa and matching armchairs, satellite television. video recorder and a CD/radio/cassette player. French doors lead out to the rear terrace.

Hallway Cupboard: In the cupboard inthe hall is stored the washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Bathrooms: The ensuite bathroom contains a bath with shower, a wash basin and a w.c.. The seperate shower room provides a shower stall, a marble vanity unit with wash basin and a toilet.
Large Rear Terrace & Garden: There is plenty of garden furniture to relax on in the back garden including tables & chairs and sunbeds. A Barbeque is also provided and you´ll find this area very pleasant and green with a lawn, flower borders, shrubs and tropical trees.
Front Terrace & Garden: This patio area has a lawned garden with flower borders, shrubs and tropical trees.
Roof Terrace: The roof terrace offers fabulous views of the mountains including Mount Teide, the Golf Del Sur golf course and the deep blue Atlantic Ocean. Sunbeds and a table are provided.
Fairways Village Facilities: 3 Swimming Pools, lifeguard, poolside bar/restaurant and an English Supermarket.
Beverages/Linen Change: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water provided on your arrival. Towels and linen change once a week.
Location: 10 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes to Los Cristianos and 20 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car)
