This is the conservatory, area just off the main living room. Here you can walk out
through the patio to the
lovely Pool area.

It’s a very secure and safe villa with lockable front gate, a completely private side and front terrace and electronic security blinds on all the windows - all operated by remote control.
The well-appointed kitchen is separate from the lounge and includes a dishwasher.
The master and 2nd bedrooms both have double beds.
The Villa is very spacious with a large lounge area leading out to the conservatory and the swimming pool via two sets of French doors.
As you walk around the villa, you will notice it has a raised side terrace with patio table and chairs and lovely views.
The solar heated private swimming pool is newly built and has a lovely terrace with sea, golf course and marina views. Sunbeds are provided along with garden furniture and a barbeque.

The pool area is immaculately kept and allows for sunbathing in private. The solar heated pool remains at a nice temperature all year round.
Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. It's a developing resort with a few quiet bars and restaurants, and a supermarket. Of course the new marina that the villa overlooks is only a few minutes walk. Here you will find a gorgeous sea front promenade lined with good quality restaurants.
A 5 minute walk away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.
Los Cristianos and Las Americas are a mere
10-15
minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty
of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. Whilst these resorts are fantastic for a day or night out, many people find they are glad to return to the less commercialised area of La Quinta Villa and this lovely villa.
Lounge and kitchen: In the lounge there is a three piece
suite and a seperate 3 seater settee, a dining table and chairs
and a
ceiling fan. The satellite television has FULL English channels
including BBC, ITV and CH4. Two sets of French doors lead
to the swimming pool and side terrace. The French doors are fitted
with
electric shutters for extra security.
The kitchen is fitted with a full size oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster and a table and chairs.
Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and has fitted wardrobes and a fan.
Both the third and fourth bedrooms are furnished with twin beds and have fans. One has a fitted wardrobe.
Bathrooms: Both the ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom and the second bathroom have a bath with shower, a wash basin, bidet and toilet.
Villa Grounds: There is a private swimming pool with solar heating. Sunbeds are provided as well as a table and chairs, a parasol, a barbeque and a clothes line. The pool area overlooks the golf course and has views of the Atlantic Ocean and marina. To the front and at the sides of the villa there are borders planted with tropical shrubs. At the front of the villa is a private driveway for a vehicle.
Beverages/Linen Change: A welcome pack is included consisting of items such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water. Towels and linen change weekly.
Car Hire: A car is recommended for this Villa. Car hire can be arranged. Details provided upon booking.
Location: 10 minutes from Airport, 12 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car). A car is essential for this area.
