This luxurious three bedroom detached holiday villa is one of our most popular. It benefits from a very clever design: The pool area is south facing where you can benefit from all day sun. The terrace is an ideal place to have an evening meal and watch the sun go down. The bedrooms have all been built at the front of the villa which doesn’t get the sun and thus keeps them cool.
The pool now has solar heating installed.
Set in a tranquil and very pretty part of La Quinta it has lovely sea views over the fairways of the golf course
This holiday villa is very spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished.The large lounge/dining room has 4 sets of French doors leading out to the rear terrace and swimming pool.
It has a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine, built-in oven and fridge/freezer.
There are three bedrooms, one has a double and the other two have twins, one with ensuite shower room.
To the front, side and rear of the Villa are garden areas with tropical trees, shrubs and flowers along with a rear terrace overlooking the fairways with table, chairs and parasol leading out to the private swimming pool with sunbeds. On the veranda you can catch the last rays of sun - a lovely place to have a cold drink and watch the sun go down!

Within
Amarilla Golf and Country Club there is a supermarket
and a few quiet bars and restaurants. (some with live
acts at night). A couple of minutes drive away is the
Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants
and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.
Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will
find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars,
restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the
peacefulness of your lovely Villa in La Quinta.

Lounge & Kitchen: The lounge is furnished with a country-style 3 seater sofa and a 2 seater settee with matching armchair. There is a dining table and chairs for six, a large sideboard, satellite TV (FULL English channels), video recorder, upright fan, portable fan and 4 sets of doors which lead out to the solar heated swimming pool and rear terrace
The large fully-fitted kitchen includes a full size oven with seperate hob unit, a microwave and built in fridge/freezer. There is a toaster, a coffee perculator, electric juicer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. You will also find the iron, ironing board and a hairdryer all stored here. A door leads from the kitchen to the swimming pool and rear terrace.
The Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms in this villa. The master bedroom offers a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a small dresser with two chairs and an ensuite shower room.
The other two rooms both offer twin beds, fitted wardrobes and small dressers. One also includes a standing fan.
Bathroom: Bath with shower, wash basin, bidet and w.c.
Villa Grounds: A lovely private swimming pool with sunbeds, a garden with tropical trees, flowers and shrubs, a rear terrace with table, chairs, a parasol and views over the Fairways - what more could one ask really?
Caretakers: The caretakers, who look after this villa and others on La Quinta, will be there to greet you on your arrival and provide you with the keys.
Welcome Pack and Linen: Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water provided on your arrival. Towels and linen change once a week.
