This beautiful luxury detached Villa is set in an extremely quiet and serene area, absolutely ideal for a relaxing ‘getaway from it all’ holiday. Alongside the private swimming pool there is a sheltered back terrace which has a pretty garden consisting of flowers, shrubs and tropical trees, where you can sit and view the fairways of Amarilla golf course. Sunbeds are provided along with table, chairs and a barbeque.
The spacious lounge has French doors which lead to the back terrace and swimming pool.
The fully fitted, well equipped kitchen, includes a dishwasher and washing machine along with a large breakfast bar to seat 5 people
There are three bedrooms, two with twin beds and a master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom,
There are french doors leading from both the lounge and one of the twin bedrooms to the back terrace and swimming pool.
Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla’s golfing club house where you can hire golf clubs to play a few rounds of golf on the fairways. A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square. Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulnes of La Quinta Villa and the resort of Amarilla Golf.
Lounge and kitchen: In the lounge there are two double settees along with two matching armchairs, a glass cabinet, satellite television, video recorder, dvd player and a mini hi-fi system. There are French doors in the lounge which lead out to the swimming pool.
In the large
fully fitted kitchen you'll find a full size gas oven & hob,
a microwave, fridge/freezer, a washing machine, dishwasher, electric
kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee perculator,
food mixer, electric
chip fryer, fresh fruit mixer, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer and a breakfast
bar with stools to seat 5 people.
Bedrooms: In the master bedroom there is a double bed, fitted
wardrobes, a ceiling fan, an upright fan and an ensuite bathroom.
Both other bedrooms have twin beds, wardrobes and a ceiling fan.
One also has an upright fan and french Doors which lead to the
pool.
Bathrooms: There is an ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom which has a shower cubicle, a marble topped wash basin, and a toilet. The other bathroom has a bath with shower, a marble topped wash basin, a bidet and a toilet.
Villa Grounds: There is a private swimming pool, sunbeds, table and chairs with parasol, a barbeque and a clothes dryer.
Beverages/Linen Change: A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, butter, cheese, fruit juice, beer and sometimes even a bottle of wine. Towels and linen change once a week.
Caretakers: The caretakers, who look after this Villa and others on La Quinta,
will be there
to greet you on your arrival and provide you with the keys.
Car Hire:A car is essential for this Villa. Car hire can be arranged. Details provided
upon booking.

15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car). A car is essential
