This luxury, two bedroom holiday villa is located in one of the best positions in Amarilla Golf and Country Club. It enjoys a privilidged and raised position overlooking the fairway to the sea. From the terrace you can sit and watch the sun go down!

The villa is spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The lounge/kitchen has 4 sets of French doors leading out to the terrace and swimming pool which keep the property light and airy.

The large, fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with all the mod-cons you would expect in accommodation of this quality: a full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric kettle and toaster.

Both bedrooms are furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and an upright fan.

The lovely grounds of this holiday villa include a private pool and a pretty arched terrace.

The resort of Amarilla has a supermarket, and a few quiet bars and restaurants (some with evening entertainment). A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are many more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.

Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return to the peacefulnes of La Quinta Villa and the resort of Amarilla Golf.

Features:

Lounge & Kitchen: The comfortable lounge in tihis villa is furnished with a three seater sofa and matching armchair in a country style fabric, two swivel chairs, a satellite t.v., a video recorder, mini Hi-Fi system and a ceiling fan. From the lounge three sets of French doors lead to the pool and shaded terrace.

The large, fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with all the mod-cons you would expect in accommodation of this quality: a full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric kettle and toaster.

The kitchen also houses a washing machine and dining set to seat four. You will find an iron and ironing board in this room as well as a hairdryer, provided for your convienience. A set of French doors lead from the kitchen to the terrace.

The Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and an upright fan.

Swimming Pool and Villa Grounds: The grounds of this villa offer stunning mountain and sea views as well as views of the golf course fairways. There are sunbeds for relaxing at the private pool, a barbeque and a clothes dryer as well as a pretty arched terrace with table and chairs. The gardens are full of tropical greenery and flowers.

Welcome Pack and Linen: A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, butter, cheese, fruit juice, beer and sometimes even a bottle of wine. Towels and linen change once a week.

Caretakers: The caretakers, who look after this Villa and others on La Quinta, will be there to greet you on your arrival and provide you with the keys.

Location: 15 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).
