This beautiful luxury detached Villa is set in an extremely quiet and serene area, absolutely ideal for a relaxing ‘getaway from it all’ holiday. Alongside the private swimming pool there is a sheltered back terrace where you can sit and view the fairways of Amarilla golf course. Sunbeds are provided along with table, chairs and a barbeque.
The large lounge is comfortably furnished and looks out over the swimming pool.
The fully fitted and equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Two twin bedrooms each have fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a ceiling fan.
The master bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and a window overlooking the private pool.
Amarilla is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla’s golfing club house where you can hire golf clubs to play a few rounds of golf on the fairways. A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square. Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulnes of La Quinta Villa and the resort of Amarilla Golf.
Lounge & Kitchen: In the lounge there are two double settees along with a matching armchair, satellite television, video recorder, radio cassette and two ceiling fans to keep you cool in the heat of Tenerife´s summer. French doors lead from the lounge to the back terrace and swimming pool.
The kitchen
is fully fitted and well equipped with a full size oven and gas
hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster and
dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing
board.
Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom. A window looks out onto the private pool.
Both guest bedrooms are furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a ceiling fan.
Bathrooms: The
ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom contains a shower cubicle,
a marble topped vanity unit and wash basin and a w.c.
There is a second bathroom which contain a bath with shower, a
wash basin, bidet and w.c.
Rear Terrace Area: Relax around the private swimming
pool on the sundeds, enjoy a barbeque or an al fresco meal on the
table and chairs shaded by a pretty parasol. There is a small garden
area here and the terrace overlooks the fairways of the nearby
golf course. You will find a clothes dryer on the rear terrace
too.
To the front
of the villa there is another small garden area, planted with
tropical shrubs and flowers.
Beverages/Linen Change:
A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread,
butter, cheese, fruit juice, beer and sometimes even a bottle of wine. Towels
and linen change once a week.
Caretakers:The caretakers, who look after this Villa and others on La Quinta, will be there
to greet you on your arrival and provide you with the keys.
Car Hire: A car is essential for this villa. Car
hire can be arranged. Details provided
upon booking.
Location: 15 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).
