This beautiful luxury detached villa is completed secluded offering complete privacy when you sunbathe by the pool. There is a fair sized picturesque pebble stoned garden with tropical trees and plants separated from the swimming pool by a small wall, along with a sheltered sun terrace area with table and chairs and a built in barbeque.
The lounge/dining room has satellite television and a video recorder and there are French doors leading out to the terrace and swimming pool.
The well equipped kitchen including washing machine and fridge/freezer is separated from the lounge via an archway.
The master bedroom has patio doors leading directly out to the swimming pool and an ensuite shower room.

There is nothing quite like a refreshing dip in your own private pool to cool down in the heat of Tenerife's long summer.
Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla’s golfing club house where you can hire golf clubs to play a few rounds of golf on the fairways. A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square. Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulnes of La Quinta Villa and the resort of Amarilla Golf.
Lounge and kitchen: The spacious lounge as matching three seater and two seater sofas, a dining table and chairs, two wall units, satellite TV, a video recorder, a ceiling fan and french doors leading out to the swimming pool.
In the fully fitted kitchen you'll find a full size oven and gob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, an electirc kettle, a toaster, a coffee percolater a hairdryer and an iron board and iron.
Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, a ceiling fan, patio doors leading directly to the swimming pool and an ensuite shower room. The other two bedrooms are each furnished with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. One of them also connects to the ensuite shower room.
Bathrooms: The ensuite bathrooms contain a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet. and there is a third bathroom with a bath and shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet.
Villa Grounds: In the grounds of the villa are a private swimming pool, sunbeds, table and chairs, a built-in barbeque, a clothes dryer and a pebbled garden with tropical trees and plants.
Beverages/Linen Change:A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread,
butter, cheese, fruit juice, beer and sometimes even a bottle of wine. Towels
and linen change once a week.
Caretakers: The caretakers, who look after this Villa and others on La Quinta, will be there
to greet you on your arrival and provide you with the keys.
Car Hire: A car is recommended for this
Villa. Car
hire can be arranged. Details provided
upon booking.
Location: 15 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and
15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car). A car is
essential for this
area.
